These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 4dmoon ("Platform", "we", "our company"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the website, mobile application, and any other services provided by 4dmoon.

Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. The details requested include:

• An active mobile number registered in your name.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 4dmoon will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in protecting your login information. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4dmoon supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia for members' convenience. All deposits are processed instantly through secure, licensed payment gateways. Available methods include online bank transfer (FPX), DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and all major local banks.

General Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• All deposits must come from an account registered under the member's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• 4dmoon does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
• Funds will be credited to your gaming account within seconds of payment confirmation being received.

General Withdrawal Policy:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.

• Withdrawal requests exceeding RM 10,000 may require additional KYC verification before processing.

4dmoon offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements. A wagering requirement refers to the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before it can be converted into withdrawable cash.

General terms applicable to all 4dmoon bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time frame. Unused bonuses or unmet requirements within that period will expire automatically.
• Wagering value is calculated based on actual bets placed on eligible games. Not all games contribute fully toward wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute at a lower rate.

General game rules that all members must follow:

• Registering more than one account or sharing an account with another individual.

In all circumstances, 4dmoon's maximum liability to any member for any claim is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

4dmoon reserves the right to amend, update, or improve these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior specific notice. However, we are committed to informing members of any material changes via in-app notifications, registered email, or announcements on our website.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
